House Rebuild in Ribchester
A seven month timescale to demolish a tired bungalow and build a bespoke home.
We were recommended to the client by a pervious customer. They had gone in to meticulous detail to design a home specifically for there requirements.
A large dinning kitchen, equally large lounge,open plan stairway with gallery landing, office, utility and shower room on the ground floor with integral garage complete with remote garage door. Two guest rooms and master suit with dressing room and en-suit bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom having the amazing view from the glazed balcony.
Internally all the woodwork is solid oak with underfloor heating beneath the oak and tile floors.

One friend remarked that if she ever wanted a builder she would want to use Gary because she saw that he was on site every morning at 8 am come rain or shine. He is the most reliable builder we have ever come cross. We can thoroughly recommend him without hesitation. He built for us a remarkable house which everybody comments on."
