Woodplumpton Kitchen Extension

Demolition of kitchen extension and outbuildings to allow for construction of kitchen/lounge, bathroom, utility room and garage.

Work started in July of 2013 on this project.

We demolished the rear kitchen extension and outbuildings then built the large day room which flows through to the open plan kitchen. Beyond that there is a bathroom, utility and garage. 6.4m wide bi-folding doors were fitted with 10 interlocking “Velux”windows which wrapped over the roof above the doors. The installation of the “Velux” windows gained us 5* installers accreditation with “Velux”.

The whole house was re-rendered and the driveway laid with permeable block paving. Work was completed in November.
